Stock items are usually despatched within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Made-to-order and bulk quantities may require additional lead time, which we will confirm before you pay.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is calculated by destination, parcel weight and volume. Consolidating multiple items into one shipment usually reduces the total cost. Contact us with your item list and delivery country for an exact freight quotation.

Export Packing

Export packing, neutral cartons and custom labelling are available on request for distributors and resellers.

Customs & Duties

Import duties, taxes and customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We declare goods accurately and can supply commercial invoices and packing lists.
