Are you a wholesaler or a retail shop?

We are a B2B wholesale supplier. We serve locksmith shops, distributors, property management companies and security technicians. Small trial orders are welcome so you can check quality before placing a bulk order.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ is negotiable and depends on the item. Many products ship from a single piece for samples; bulk pricing starts at 50-100 pieces. Tell us your target quantity and we will confirm the best price.

How do I get a quotation?

Send us the product names or SKU codes with the quantities you need. We normally reply with a formal quotation within 24 hours on business days.

Which shipping methods do you use?

We ship worldwide by international express (DHL, FedEx, UPS) and by air or sea freight for larger consignments. Every shipment includes a tracking number. Shipping cost is calculated by destination, weight and volume.

Do you offer export packing and neutral cartons?

Yes. Export packing, neutral cartons and custom labelling are available on request for distributors and resellers.

Who pays customs duty and import tax?

Import duties, taxes and clearance charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We declare goods accurately and can provide commercial invoices and packing lists.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment options are shown at checkout. As a trade supplier we also accept bank transfer and can discuss terms for regular wholesale accounts.

What if my order arrives damaged or short?

Contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographs of the damage or shortage. We will resolve it promptly with a replacement or a credit.

Can you supply tools for a specific vehicle keyway?

Yes. Our automotive range covers common keyways such as HU66 (VW/Audi), HU64 (Mercedes-Benz), HU101 (Ford), HU100R and HU127 (BMW) and HU162T (VW small-hole, in 9-tooth and 10-tooth versions). Confirm your model and year so we can match the tool.

Are these products legal in my country?

Our products are supplied for professional locksmith and lawful security use only. Buyers must be 18 or over and are responsible for checking that purchase, import and use comply with their own local laws and regulations.
