A LISHI 2-in-1 tool combines decoding and opening in a single instrument. The tip is formed to a specific vehicle keyway (HU66, HU64, HU101, HU100R, HU162T and similar); once inserted it lets the operator read each pin position against the engraved scale while opening the lock. The reading can be used to cut a key directly, with no need to remove the cylinder. Genuine tools carry the keyway code, version number and an IC card number for verification against the depth chart.
Model-specific by vehicle keyway: HU66 (VW/Audi), HU64 (Mercedes-Benz), HU101 (Ford), HU100R / HU127 (BMW) and HU162T (VW small-hole, in 9-tooth and 10-tooth versions). The body carries a bitting scale (positions 1-8) with depth marks; some models show a version number (e.g. v.3) and an IC card number. Tools are folding and pack down to roughly 100 mm.

Three things to confirm: (1) the keyway code (HU66/HU64/HU101/HU100R/HU162T and so on); (2) the version, since older and newer cylinders differ; (3) tooth count, as HU162T comes in 9-tooth and 10-tooth variants. Consult a model cross-reference when unsure.
