Black Steel Short HU66 Quick-Open Brush Hook (VW / Audi) — part of our Quick & Test Open Series range, supplied wholesale to professional locksmiths, locksmith shops and security technicians.
Automotive quick-open brush hooks are made to vehicle keyways such as the VW/Audi HU66. The front is a comb or hook form shaped to the pin pitch and keyway of the target cylinder. Once inserted it moves several pins at once and, with light turning force, opens the lock quickly - an efficient choice for on-site work. Versions include stainless riveted, black-steel riveted and short black-steel, differing in handle fixing, material and overall length.
Graded by keyway and set size: stainless riveted sets are commonly 11-piece, black-steel riveted 5-piece and short black-steel 3-piece. Individual tools run roughly 100-150 mm; short versions suit deep or confined keyways.
Stainless or blackened steel with hardened working ends. Handles are riveted or rubber-overmoulded and resist bending.
Door locks on VW, Audi and other vehicles using the HU66 keyway; other keyways need the matching model.
Confirm the vehicle keyway first (HU66 for example), then choose material and set size. Stainless versions resist repeated use; short black-steel versions suit tight spaces.
For lawful vehicle entry and roadside assistance by auto locksmiths.
